The Civil Litigation Department is based at our Horley office. We provide advice and act for clients on a wide range of matters. Our clients comprise of individuals, partnerships and limited companies and we regularly act for our clients in litigation in the High Court, the County Court and the Employment Tribunal. We also provide general advice to individuals and business clients in relation to their affairs and are pro-active in taking steps for our clients which will avoid or resolve disputes and litigation.
